If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit || Achieving our goals never happens in a linear way. Whether it involves fitness, career, or life goals, challenges will happen. How we work through those detours is what really matters.
Sometimes we feel like quitting because we think we are so far away from achieving our goals. What we should do instead is take a pause to look back at the progress that has been made to inspire us to move forward again.
It’s ok to take a break. But use it to reassess your path and take stock of your strengths and goals. Put in the time to figure things out. It may take awhile but that is no reason to quit. You are closer than you think. ✌
