It’s not about having time, it’s about making time || Someone asked me recently how do I have time to work out. I responded that I may not always have time for it, but I make time.

You might be struggling to fit in a 45 minute class/workout, but most likely you easily spend that time or more on other tasks you could easily rearrange. If something is important to you, you will find a way to make time for it.

Schedule your workout time like an appointment with yourself. If you want to be consistent, schedule that time in your calendar regularly. With that kind of consistency, it will be harder to find reasons not to do it.

There really is no secret to it. Prioritize your workouts like you would anything else that’s important to you. ✌
